Grievance Redressal
This page names our Grievance Officer and sets out how to raise a grievance about Nabha, how quickly we respond, and where you can escalate. It is published under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and Rule 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

2. How to raise a grievance
Email the Grievance Officer with "Grievance" in the subject line and include:
- your name, your registered email address and your organisation's name on Nabha;
- what happened, with dates and any screenshots or references;
- what outcome you are asking for.
Write from your registered email address where you can. We need the registered email address and organisation name to confirm we are dealing with the right account before we act on anything that touches your data.
Requests to access, correct, erase or export personal data, to withdraw consent, or to nominate another person to exercise your rights follow the same route; see Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
3. What we commit to

If we need more information from you to resolve the grievance, the clock pauses until we receive it, and we will tell you so in writing.
4. Escalation
- IT Rules 2021. If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in within 30 days of that decision.
- Personal data. You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint mechanism is operational; we will link it here when it is notified.
- Contract disputes follow Section 14 of the Terms of Service, which begins with this grievance process.
5. Requests from law-enforcement and government bodies
Send lawful written requests, stating the legal basis and the purpose, to founder@nabha.cloud. We respond within the time the law requires and disclose only what it requires.
